1371. Plague has killed half the population of
Europe. Edward, The Black Prince rules Aquitaine on behalf of his father the
King of England. Bands of mercenaries
wander France, Spain and Italy, looting and killing.
An Aquitaine lord brings together a band of the best mercenary fighters in
Europe and sends them on a mission to destroy his enemy. They must enter his
castle fight their way through his retainers and then kill him. He is possibly
the best knight in Spain, undefeated in battle or tournament and he leads a
fanatical cult of demon worshippers.
But that is only the beginning.
In the 14th century European martial arts were reaching their peak with jujitsu
like unarmed combat techiques and swordsmen and women with a deadliness and
grace equal to the samurai. This project will use the knowledge of modern
researchers into these arts to produce fight sequences that will be both
historically accurate and more exciting than any seen in historical films
previously.
Storm in a Quiet Place
When Becca's father,
old-style London gangster Jim Rowley, retires leaving the business in charge of
his lieutenant Davies, Becca decides that it's time to take it for herself. She
and her husband Billy Stokes devise a plan to fund a hit on Rowley's loyal
followers using the money from one big drugs buy.
In the course of their plan they kill David Black, a drifter who nobody will
miss. But David has a daughter, martial arts champion Amy, and a friend, ex
special forces captain Jack Godden.
In the idyllic rural setting of the Romney Marsh all hell breaks loose.
